Position: Executive Assistant
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent
Salary: 80k-85k plus benefits from day one
Contract type: Full-time maternity leave replacement (12 months) with strong possibility of permanency
Schedule of 37.5 hrs/week 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday
Friday: You finish at 2:00 p.m. (must fill the hours during the week in 4 days)
Summer schedule: Fridays, you finish at 12:30 p.m. until October
Possibility of hybrid : -1-2 days from home
Vacations to discuss: : possibility of 3 weeks
Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
Management of the agenda of the President and members of the management team including the Director of Human Resources.
Organization of meetings, making appointments, and coordination of travel.
Writing communications in French and English (letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations).
Support for administrative activities and logistics of professional and social events.
Monitoring deadlines and necessary documents for meetings.
Taking weekly minutes (summary/meeting report)
Qualifications
Experience, minimum of 5 years supporting members of senior management
Bilingualism, both spoken and written
Proven skills in organization, initiative and priority management.
Excellent social, communication, confidentiality and discretion skills
Mastery of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.
Ability to work independently while having a strong team spirit
