Position: Executive Assistant
Employment Type: Contract (Medical Leave Coverage)

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive's calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
- Maintain an organized filing system and handle confidential information including legal documents, employee files, expense reports, and budgets
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience supporting multiple C-Suite Executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
