Our client, a leading provincial real estate organization, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant for their office located near Guy Concordia metro station.
Advantages

- Salary range between 85k$ and 100k$/year (depending on experience);
Responsibilities
- Support the CEO in his daily professional and personal mandates, presentations and activities;
- Administrative support for the CEO;
- Management of personal and professional calendars by providing logistical support and drafting related minutes;
- Produce, revise and layout various documents;
- Respond to emails and communications;
- Collaborate on all other company activities and special projects requiring administrative and operational support;
- Prepare expense reports, monitor budgets, create purchase orders and submit invoices for payment;
- Attend to the reception of management visitors;
- Perform all other related tasks;
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English;
- Good computer skills, particularly in the use of the Office Suite;
- Good organizational skills, resilience, rigor and resourcefulness;
- Agile, proactive and flexible;
- Excellent ability to build trusting relationships;
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills;
- A sense of confidentiality and professionalism;
