A community organization with over 30 years of history in the Centre-Sud area of Montreal is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team in the Sainte-Marie neighborhood, close to the Frontenac metro station.
In this role, you will support the director with daily activities, including administrative tasks, community events (popular education, youth projects, services, etc.), as well as partnerships, grants, and funding.

Responsibilities

• 3 years of experience in a similar environment (nonprofit sector).
• Knowledge of coordination bodies and grants.
• Demonstrate open-mindedness and humanitarian values.
• Proficiency in spoken and written French; English is an asset.
