Responsibilities
-Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare and distribute meeting agendas and briefs, take and distribute meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on all action items for the CEO.
-Coordinate all executive travel, both domestic and international
-Manage the expense reporting and reimbursement processes for the executives.
-Partner with the Finance team on overseeing the corporate credit cards.
-Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule including: calls, zooms, appointments, meetings, travel, transportation, Board of Directors coordination, etc.
-Prepare slides for both internal and external meetings.
-Source information for any presentations and cross collaborate with others across the organization to create slide decks.
-Help support critical projects assigned by the Chief of Staff or executive team, while working closely with various teams and stakeholders throughout the organization.
-Successfully track project status and obtain updates for any ongoing projects
-Assist Chief of Staff with internal company communications. Draft communications and help foster collaboration and effective communication between departments.
Qualifications
-7+ years of executive assistant experience supporting C suite level executives
-Minimum 1 -2 year's previous experience working for a Tech SME company and a fast-paced environment growing company
-possess strong business acumen, professional and positive demeanor and can exercise a high degree of confidentiality
-Must have strong organizational skills, strong calendar management and travel coordination experience
-Must be agile and have a " Can Do Attitude" no task is too small
-Must have strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate independently
-Ability to collaborate well with others
-Must have strong attention to detail
