- Overseeing incoming and outgoing communications
- Administrative Support
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Ad Hoc Project Management and liaise with various internal stakeholders
- Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education is strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an executive assistant supporting multiple VP's and EVP's
- Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills, professionalism, and ability to juggle competing priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
