We are currently looking for an Executive/Personal Assistant for one of our clients in downtown Montreal.
Advantages
-Monday to Friday hybrid working arrangement (some evenings and weekends required)

Responsibilities
-Support Executive Chairman & Family
-Managing calendars and travel arrangements
-Preparing expense reports and personal medical claims
-Act as first point of contact to the Executive Chairman
-Field/screen calls and correspondence
-Managing schedules for Executive Chairman and family
-Organize meetings and appointments
-Assist in organizing fundraising events, private parties, and executive retreats
-Manage databases and filing systems
-Liaise with corporate staff, estate manager and domestic staff
-Organize children’s activities calendar, doctor’s appointments etc
Qualifications
-Must have at least 5 years experience as Executive/Personal Assistant
-Adaptable and a quick learner
-Exceptional organization and time-management skills
-An ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
-Ability to navigate with minimal guidance at times
-Ability to treat confidential information with discretion
-Proactive and takes initiative
-Possess tact and diplomacy
-Excellent communication skills spoken and written in both French and English
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office/Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
