ABOUT THIS TEAM
Our Global Distribution DC Support functions are part of our greater Supply Chain organization. This team is responsible for the overall Health and Safety, Facilities and Production Control of our North America Distribution Centers. A Facilities Coordinator plays a key role by ensuring department budgets are tracked and adhered to, parts inventories are maintained, order requests are submitted and tracked, and building services are being scheduled.
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Facilities Coordinator/Planner Scheduler to join our team. In this position, you will manage the facilities department budget, coordinate with vendors for services, manage parts ordering and inventory, and handle service requests from various departments within our warehouse environment. This role is primarily administrative and does not involve direct equipment inspections.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the facilities department budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
2. Schedule and coordinate services with vendors, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
3. Oversee the ordering of parts necessary for the maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment and
automation, as well as the building needs.
4. Ordering parts needed within the department.
5. Maintain the parts department through regular inventory audits, ensuring adequate stock levels and
order accuracy.
6. Respond to service requests from other departments, assigning tasks to maintenance technicians as
needed.
7. Perform various clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
8. Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the facility.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of facility management policies and procedures.
10. Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all service requests are addressed in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Requirements:
1.Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a warehouse or industrial environment.
2.Strong organizational and planning skills.
3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software such as a CMMS.
5.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
6.Knowledge of budget management and financial tracking.
7.High school diploma or equivalent; further training will be a plus.
