Responsibilities
-Inspect, evaluate, and repair equipment at customer's location
-Communicate with customers to discuss job requirements, provide recommendations and service options
-Evaluate customer future needs and communicate information through appropriate channels
-Complete job-related reports and forms on a timely basis
-Ensure that technically accurate and complete quotes, orders, and service item cards are created and recorded via the operating system in a timely manner
-Plan and schedule travel to best meet customer requirement, service schedule requirement, time efficiency, and cost efficiency
-Back-up as repair technician, assembly technician, and/or customer support specialist when needed
-Provide technical support and training to service partners and service technicians to ensure all are operating with accurate and complete technical data
-Complete repairs of blowers and compressors according to company guidelines
-Read, understand and use mechanical drawings, specifications, diagrams, etc.
-Coordinate shipping to and from customers and vendors with proper communication to the shipping coordinator
Qualifications
-Two to four years related experience
-Computer Skills-: Ability to easily navigate between various software programs and internet sites after training, basic data entry skills, basic knowledge of MS Office programs
-Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
**Related Work experience must included customer service and mechanical repair of automotive or rotating equipment.**
