Responsibilities
As a Financial Administrator, your main duties will include:
Managing accounts receivable, ensuring payments are received according to contract terms and company policies.
Collaborating with project managers and administrators for accurate and timely invoice preparation.
Maintaining and updating cash forecasts in the Oracle Project accounting system.
Preparing and reviewing monthly AR aging reports with management.
Assisting with factoring requirements and providing necessary documentation to Treasury.
Sending customer statements and managing interest calculations for overdue accounts.
Issuing Dunning letters and recommending allowances for doubtful accounts based on AR analysis.
Providing monthly cash forecasting and engaging in ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Participating in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in accounts receivable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of Oracle accounting systems.
Solid hands-on computer skills, with experience in accounting automation tools.
Effective time management skills and sound judgment.
