Responsibilities
Full Cycle Accounting:
Oversee and manage the entire accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions and records.
Supervise the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Internal Controls:
Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Conduct regular internal audits to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
Streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Lead the financial planning and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to align financial objectives with the overall business strategy.
Analyze financial data and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with a focus on variance analysis.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Define, track, and report on relevant KPIs to measure financial performance.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for real-time visibility into critical financial metrics.
Cost Structure Review:
Evaluate and analyze cost structures to identify opportunities for cost reduction or optimization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.
Business Case Analysis:
Assess potential business opportunities, new product lines, or market expansions through thorough financial modeling and analysis.
Prepare comprehensive business cases to support investment decisions and strategic planning.
Month-End and Year-End Processes:
Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
Qualifications
Bachelor in accounting with 7 - 10 years of experience in a similar position
CPA title
Having worked with an ERP such as Netsuite, Dynamics, SAP B1, Oracle
Strong excel skills
Bilingual ( strong English )
