We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Mississauga. This full-time, onsite role involves managing various financial tasks, including payroll processing, accounts payable and receivable, tax filing, and preparing internal reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll, full-cycle accounting, and tax preparation, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.

Responsibilities
\Payroll Administration: Handle all aspects of in-house payroll processing, including calculating commissions, overtime, and RRSP contributions, and preparing statutory payroll deductions.
Accounts Payable: Manage bill processing, including intercompany transactions, external supplier payments, and overhead expenses, utilizing methods such as EFT, web bill payments, and cheques.
Accounts Receivable: Process invoicing for capital sales, services, and parts, manage incoming payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
Tax Filing and Reporting: Prepare and file various tax reports, including HST, EHT, WSIB, and group retirement accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
External Accounting Platforms: Act as the key user for platforms like ARIBA, Revenue Canada, WSIB, and RBC Express, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
Internal Reporting: Prepare and submit internal reports, including weekly sales reports, monthly reconciliations, and commission calculations.
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the finance team.
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in payroll processing and full-cycle accounting.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions and a strong understanding of payroll and accounting principles.
Experience with tax filing and official reporting, including HST, EHT, WSIB, and RBC Express.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
