Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities will involve:
Unloading incoming orders efficiently.
Vigilantly monitoring for damages and any missed shifts in the workflow.
Coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities as needed.
Assigning trailers to specific loading or unloading doors to optimize operations.
Proficiently operating a sit-down counterbalance forklift for loading and unloading tasks.
Qualifications
Prior background as a cross-docking operator is preferred
Previous involvement in shipping and receiving roles is desired.
Familiarity with cross-docking responsibilities or Less Than Truckload (LTL) processes is beneficial.
Proficiency and ease in utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and computers is required.
