Our client, a long standing business is looking for an experienced forklift operator who is not afraid of some manual labour. We are looking for someone with manual labour, counterbalance forklift, and ability to deal with customers if needed to join this very successful company. If you have this background and are looking for a long-term, permanent position, where you can grow with the company, this role could be yours.
Our client is on the Uxbridge / Stouffville border in the industrial area.

Responsibilities
What your workday would include:
- Working outdoors in the yard, as well as in the warehouse
- Operating the counterbalance, propane forklift
- Order picking and packing
- Manual lifting of materials from one pallet to another
- Interacting with customers at times
- Some paperwork and emailing
- Some excel work (inputting data into a spreadsheet)
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for this position:
- You own a car as there is no public transit
- You have 3+ years experience driving a counterbalance forklift
- This role includes regular lifting, up to 50lb. Dollies, etc available for heavier items
- Have basic computer, email knowledge
- Friendly and polite, like to keeping busy
- Interested in a long-term career
- Able and ready to work 5 days per week on day shift
