General labourers that have done production line work will do really well at this company. Our client is looking for somebody with a strong work ethic, is looking to be a recognized member of the team, is open to learning new things and that wants to improve their skills in the long term. Most of the current employees at this company have been there for at least 3+ years because they love the people they work with, the pace of the job and the environment they get to work in.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- loading and unloading parts in to furnace
- lifting up 25lbs at a moderate pace (can be up to 50lbs at times)
- general cleanup around the plant
- proper care and treatment of customer's inventory
- bringing up any quality concerns, unusual problems, or irregularities to management
- stacking parts into customer bins/containers
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, general labour or production line work
- Hard working and dedicated individuals
- Able to lift up to 50lbs (not consistently)
- A strong work ethic
- Team Player
- Open to overtime
