This role would involve working on a lathe machine to finish rubber rollers, working with an autoclave to cure rubber, mixing chemicals using a guide, reading blueprints, and operating an overhead crane. But it isn't all work! This company offers many perks such as paid, on-site team lunches from a food truck, horse shoe tournaments during the summer, and a Christmas lunch + shut down. More than that, they will provide your uniform from your start date, and work boots after 1 year.
This company is offering $20/hour to start, but would increase to $22/hour after 3 months, with the opportunity to grow to $30/hour within 5 years. Looking for a 3-day weekend? This company recently moved to 4 day 10/hour shifts per week!
