Salary is around 50-60k, depending on experience

Responsibilities
• Supporting the Operations Manager in day to day operations for ground freight
• Supporting clients regarding needs, processing their requests, opening up files and handling all follow ups
• Maintain relations with carriers, dispatching, track and trace, and follow-ups
• Managing the ground operations shipments for domestic and cross-border
• Custom clearances
• Maintain positive relationships within the organization and with our external network to maximize opportunities.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in the transportation industry specifically for ground operations, or related experience.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), French an asset.
• Knowledge of North American Carrier Network and cross-border shipping requirements an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with CargoWise is considered an assett.
• Strong organization skills, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, and analytical skills.
