Responsibilities
Leads business process re-engineering.
Supports the IMT team in reviewing, analyzing, evaluating ideas, projects, and opportunities to develop
new products, new technologies and business models for the business segments.
Supports the business in building business cases and represents the branch in the solution development
life-cycle.
Identifies business capability needs and prioritization.
Documents detailed business requirements for future projects and participates in analyzing and
designing new business processes.
Works closely with BI teams to identify requirements and ensure data consistency.
Works with business in reviewing issues and change requests.
Supports and participates in User Acceptance Testing.
Supports change management with the branch’s overall business readiness for projects and initiatives.
Conveys the end-state consistently to stakeholders and notifies leadership of any challenges to the plan.
Provides end-user training on business process and system changes.
Qualifications
5 to 10 years of experience as a HR business analyst working on planning and analysis.
3+ years of experience participating in change management and training.
3+ years of business architecture/process re-engineering in HR.
- A recognized degree in human resources management, information systems, business administration,
organizational management, or other relevant discipline.
- Strong understanding of how business requirements are gathered, analyzed, and documented.
Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate business requirements and project schedules with a customer and other project team members.
-Results-oriented with strong people and time management skills, highly organized, motivated, and driven to succeed.
-Good judgment and the capacity to independently evaluate situations and identify the optimum course of action.
-Deals comfortably with senior management and can present and converse with people in positions of
authority.
Preference will be given to candidates with the following:
Experience working for public or non-profit agencies is an asset
