REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in HR management or other related fields
• Min of 2-4 years of experience in a HRBP role preferably in the retail, distribution industry or multi-Sites
• Solid business acumen and ability to determine long term value
• Ability to work independently
• Capable of working in a fast- pace environment.
• Solid consulting experience and analytical skills
• Good understanding of provincial laws and regulations governing the management of HR
• Ability to deal with confidential issues in a sensitive, efficient, and professional manner
• Available to ravel up to 35% of the time
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office tools
• Is adept at mediation and managing conflict
• Motivated and passionate about working with people and overcoming challenges through collaboration

This individual with report directly into the Senior Human Resources Manager and will be responsible for coaching and supporting store leaders in order to contribute to HR operational excellence while ensuring strong business performance.
