Platform Innovations: Lead upgrades and proactive maintenance of HR platforms.
Stay Updated: Provide thought leadership on new HR technologies.

Consultation: Act as an expert on HR systems and data for stakeholders.
Data Management: Develop policies and workflows for data integrity.
HR Metrics: Collaborate to develop actionable insights.
Support Growth: Ensure data infrastructure supports future growth.
Project Management: Manage cross-functional HR projects.
Reporting and Integration: Oversee all reports and integrations from HR systems.
Issue Resolution: Assist with HR systems issues and manage escalations.
User Access Audits: Conduct scheduled audits.
Leadership: Manage HRIS Analyst(s).
Qualifications
- Comprehensive HRIS experience.
- Hands-on experience with full life cycle implementations (ATS, HRIS, HCM).
- Advanced expertise in MS Office, Power BI, Cognos.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Project management experience (preferred).
- Knowledge of Active Directory (an asset).
