Responsibilities
Foster strong and valuable relationships with customers through project execution excellence and technical collaboration.
Effectively oversee the management of profitable hydro service projects, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and schedule parameters in alignment with both contract and industry standards.
Lead the formulation and execution of our hydro transactional service deal strategy and proposals, assuming accountability for the success of deals and projects.
Collaborate with clients on-site and remotely to address and troubleshoot customer challenges, delivering timely and effective technical solutions and product support through world-class engineering teams.
Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Regional Service Director to drive solutions-based business development, supporting our hydro services go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the hydropower industry.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical), business, or a related field from a recognized university or college.
Flexibility to travel with short notice to meet clients and visit hydropower facilities (approximately 30% travel required).
Proficient in managing dispersed teams in remote work environments spanning multiple time zones.
Strong proficiency in the English language.
