Responsibilities
Develop and nurture client relationships by demonstrating attentive listening and a customer-centric approach.
Display approachability and patience in all interactions.
Engage in consultations with clients to thoroughly comprehend their existing workflow processes.
Collaborate with clients to adapt their current procedures to seamlessly integrate with our software.
Guide and support the creation of software customization specifications, ensuring cient approval through effective follow-up.
Collaborate closely with clients to ensure timely implementation.
Communicate requirements and elucidate system functionality to both technical and non-technical audiences, whether individuals or groups.
Qualifications
Possesses 2-3 years of experience in Construction Accounting, demonstrating a solid grasp of fundamental accounting principles.
Prior exposure to the operational procedures of both the Construction and Service sectors.
Experience in training would be advantageous.
Exhibits strong skills in planning, functionality, and technical aspects.
Demonstrates patience and maintains composure in challenging situations.
Displays exceptional organizational, time management, and customer service abilities.
Proficient in both verbal and written communication, as well as presentation skills.
Openness to travel is a requirement.
