The following may interest you.More details about your role:• Work closely with the local and external delivery, testing, training, security and deployment teams, in order to plan and coordinate the use and deployment activities of the different ecosystem environments (Dev / DevStable / TI / TA / Pre-Prod / PSE / Production and any other environment required)• Collaborate with project managers, the service provider, IT Operations teams and any other stakeholder required to develop strategy and implementation plans• Coordinate ongoing activities to ensure the speed of deployments and their success;• Act as a facilitator in solving technological problems related to local deployments, training delivery and access management• Manage and validate local deployment plans, thereby generating communication with IT configuration and installation service providers• Identify potential risks and problems and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate them• Manage relations with the technical change management committee, on behalf of the project as needed• Ensure the governance of the different environments in order to ensure the agility of projects• Coordinate the implementation of new environments and / or modification to current environments• Review, prepare, submit and monitor the documents required for IT change management• Communicate effectively to the various actors the planning of the use of environments and deployments• Review and distribute any communication or document relating to the management of environments or application deployments• Support IT Operations in all operational activities to ensure maximum availability of ecosystem environmentsRequired profile• Bachelor's degree related to the industry and six years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the industry and four years of relevant experience;• Experience in IT, management of applications (changes, maintenance, evolution) and multiple environments;• Rigor and excellent work organization• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, both local, transversal and external (SaaS)• Knowledge of international payment processes (Swift) as well as the business and operational processes surrounding them, an asset;• Knowledge of Payment Canada rules, Swift, Compliance an asset;• Good knowledge of computer systems (application, infrastructure, database, file transfer, cloud computing, etc.);• Knowledge of collaborative work tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Office365;• Knowledge of initiative and operations management methodologies: Agile (Scrum, Kanban), ITIL, DevOps, or other;• Understanding of the Incident and Problem Management delivery cycle / lifecycle, desirable;• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Ability to manage priorities• Be willing to work outside regular working hours• Strong analytical mind, rigor and attention to detail;• Strong interpersonal skills, customer oriented;• Good skills in proposing alternative solutions;• Bilingualism (spoken / written) French and English.Ready to join the adventure?
