Responsibilities
* Responsible to lead and manage the Inside Sales Team in order to achieve company goals and targets
* Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales representatives
* Motivate and inspire the team to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
* Collaborate with the sales leadership team to align inside sales efforts with overall company goals
* Develop and implement effective sales processes and workflows to maximize efficiency
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Address customer concerns, issues, and escalations in a professional and effective manner.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in inside sales or sales management, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
