- Base salary starting at 40k + commission ranging from 15k to 20k annually

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this Inside Sales Representative position are :
- Market development with non-existing customers (cold calls)
- Outbound calls to existing customers (talk about promotions and future orders)
- Receive and process calls and orders from targeted customers (order taking)
Qualifications
What you need to apply:
- Experience in market development and prospecting (cold calling) in a call center, head office retail environment (pharmacy, grocery store would be considered an asset)
- Perfect bilingualism (50% of calls are in English, as many customers are outside Quebec)
- Dynamic personality and team spirit, given the already close-knit atmosphere
- Eager to learn, active listener and motivated to reach sales targets
