We are looking for a driven and motivated Inside Sales Representative to work for a rapidly growing Canadian company! This well-established team means you can enjoy job stability, and you can grow your sales skills every day! As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for making outbound calls to other organizations and businesses throughout the region. You’ll be challenged every day to reach targets and to develop your sales skills.

Responsibilities
Make calls to warm prospects, and to ecommerce consumers
Follow up with regular customers
Liase with the Outside Sales reps to promote business
You’ll be building strong relationships with business partners and companies through the area
Most importantly, you’ll be expected to meet or exceed your targets
Qualifications
A drive to succeed!
At least 3 years of phone sales experience, preferably in an outbound capacity
B2B sales experience and Account Management will be extremely helpful
You will NEED to be self-motivated and driven to succeed
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present effectively over the phone
Located within a 1 hr radius of the Delta-based office
