-Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels, including internal platforms, social media, Amazon, and major retailers, ensuring customer satisfaction for all brands.
-Provide product information and assist customers in understanding the features and benefits of various building materials.
-Process orders promptly and accurately.
-Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company sales goals.
-Manage and implement customer retention programs to maintain long-term relationships.
-Input and maintain accurate customer and consumer data in the CRM system.
-Serve as the first line of contact, sharing consumer insights with the organization to drive business improvements.
-Provide online and technical sales support for building products.
-Assist in generating sales opportunities through CRM database analysis and networking efforts.
-Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints regarding product or service quality, offering real-time solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
-Attention to detail and a high level of organization.
-Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
-Positive attitude, humility, and a strong work ethic.
-Entrepreneurial mindset with a "get it done" approach.
-Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Qualifications
-3+ years of experience in customer service and/or inside sales.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Experience with CRM databases and marketing automation tools is an asset.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
-Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
-Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
