Responsibilities
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and resolve any service-related issues.
• Provide detailed answers and tailored recommendations to prospects, using in-depth knowledge of our products.
• Assist customers with necessary paperwork to streamline the sales process and ensure smooth transactions.
• Stay informed on competitor products to offer accurate comparisons when needed.
• Maintain and update the company’s customer database to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
• Apply the appropriate pricing policies and procedures to ensure accurate quotations and transactions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with manufacturer representatives.
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with both existing and potential customers.
Qualifications
• Proven sales experience, particularly within the spray foam, protective coatings, and contractor equipment industries.
• Strong technical knowledge of these products and their specific applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adept at assessing customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Proactive approach to customer service and driving sales initiatives.
