This is an excellent opportunity for someone with good customer service skills and who wants to explore a different industry. No boring scripted calls. No evenings or weekends.
This position is a 3-month contract ending December 15th. It is a hybrid role that allows you to work from home 3 days/week (after 4 weeks of onsite training in Lachine).
Fast start date of September 25th.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from Account Managers and clients regarding products
Call the service company for updates and ETAs
Outbound calls to clients to provide updates on service calls
Update the Account Managers and update the SIMS ticket
Data entry
Some administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Strong English and intermediate French required
High school diploma required
Minimum 1 yr customer service experience in a similar role
Professionalism and good communication are a must
Good organization and follow-up skills
Punctual and reliable
