Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver engaging training content, including eLearning modules, presentations, and quick-reference guides.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design innovative learning programs using adult learning methodologies.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
• Manage training logistics, including enrollments and attendance, via the internal Learning Management System.
• Analyze training data and provide actionable insights through tools like PowerBI.
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• 3 years of experience developing computer-based training using Articulate 360.
• 3 years of experience defining project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• 3 years of experience with a variety of learning/training concepts and principles, including knowledge of adult learning techniques.
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365 implementation projects including multiple Office 365 products and requirements
Desired Qualifications
• 1 year of experience developing computer-based training using Canva, or Murf.ai
• 2 years of experience delivering training sessions via web-based interactive technology i.e. TEAMs.
• 2 years of experience developing and delivering training material for the Government of Alberta or organization of similar size and complexity.
• 3 years of experience in a project management role.
• 2 years of experience using ERP systems such as SAP.
• 3 years of experience working on learning management systems.
