Responsibilities
-Develop and oversee processes to supply airport locations nationwide with preordered hardware for international customers (HUPs).
-Implement procedures for managing inventory, including warehouse fulfillment, hardware redirection/recovery, and post-sale customer upgrades across the country.
-Oversee fulfillment costs, vendor relationships, inventory security, and customer satisfaction for all airport-related inventory operations.
RPP:
-Create and manage processes to fulfill large-scale national orders, including hardware and accessories, for clients with specific logistics needs, such as home and business delivery.
-Ensure effective management of fulfillment costs, vendor relationships, inventory security, and customer satisfaction for all RPP-related orders
Qualifications
-8+ years of experience in inventory management or related roles with at least 3 years in management role.
-Strong understanding of inventory control principles and best practices.
-Experience with forecasting, supply planning, and order management.
-Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
