KEY OBJECTIVES & EXPECTATIONS:
Optimize Inventory Management: Use market knowledge to ensure product volume stability and reduce out-of-stock situations in retail outlets.
System Optimization: Analyze and optimize the Suggested Order Quantity (SOQ) tool to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
Process Improvements: Recommend and implement system improvements to support optimal inventory management across retail outlets.

Manage ordering metrics to drive positive customer behaviors.
Analyze data to provide recommendations on product volumes across retail outlets.
Ensure data integrity by examining the correlation between orders and inventories.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance data accuracy and predictability of volumes.
Generate performance reports, summarizing trends and insights.
Monitor in-store inventories to prevent missed sales opportunities.
Load and manage data in Salesforce and Tumbleweed.
Qualifications
Essential Experience:
2–5 years of relevant work experience.
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of statistics and probability.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
Detail-oriented and meticulous.
Positive, proactive working attitude with strong time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Proficient in Excel.
Familiarity with MicroStrategy.
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Additional Beneficial skills :
Experience with Python or other programming languages is a plus.
Knowledge of economic principles.
French language skills are an asset.
