Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as an IT and audiovisual specialist will be:
•Management and maintenance of communications platforms within the company
•Provide technical support to users
•Ensure the installation and optimal performance of IT and audiovisual equipment in conference rooms
•Propose and integrate solutions for continuous improvement of systems
•Creation and updating of documentation
•Work closely with different stakeholders of the company
Qualifications
You have the following qualifications:
• DEC or AEC in computer science (or equivalent experience)
•At least 3 years of experience in audiovisual environment support
•You are perfectly bilingual (English and French)
•And you master the following technologies:
•Expertise in collaboration tools Webex, Teams, Zoom
•Windows environment, Office 365, VOIP
•Videoconferencing protocols and camera systems
