Responsibilities
Take charge of a team comprising developers, analysts, and administrators who are responsible for the development and maintenance of enterprise applications. Ensure their professional growth aligns with company objectives.
Formulate and execute a strategic roadmap for the development and oversight of enterprise applications, in alignment with the organization's business goals.
Supervise the conceptualization, creation, and deployment of enterprise applications, ensuring deliverables meet high-quality standards and project timelines.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
Establish effective processes and protocols for the continuous support and maintenance of enterprise applications, prioritizing maximum uptime and user contentment.
Work in partnership with external vendors and partners to capitalize on their expertise in implementing and sustaining enterprise applications.
Assure adherence of enterprise applications to pertinent industry standards, regulations, and data security prerequisites.
Administer SAP System Environment (ERP, BW, IBP, and SCM) comprehensively.
Monitor SAP System (ERP, BW, SCM) health and performance.
Facilitate the rollout of changes to the production environment (ERP, BW, IBP, SCM).
Manage job scheduling for daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly batch processing, along with job control setup.
Monitor AS400 Application and System.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized College or University, with a duration of 3 or 4 years, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
7 to 10 years of pertinent experience in application support and delivery.
Demonstrated track record in overseeing teams engaged in the development and maintenance of enterprise applications.
Profound familiarity with enterprise application development methodologies, tools, and cutting-edge technologies.
Sound comprehension of industry-leading practices for enterprise application development, integration, and ongoing support.
Proficiency in enterprise systems such as SAP ERP, SAP IBP, SAP EWM, and other widely utilized enterprise applications.
Thorough grasp of data privacy, regulatory compliance, and security standards as they pertain to enterprise-level applications.
Exceptional project management aptitude, showcasing the ability to efficiently manage and prioritize concurrent projects.
Outstanding leadership prowess, instrumental in fostering a harmonious and high-achieving team environment.
