• Track forecasted costs, and report on and explain variances;
• Support updating and distribution of dashboards
• Produce financial and ad hoc reporting
• Assist in and support aspects of IT forecasting and planning
• Create purchase requisitions and process invoices per organizational policies
• Responsible for validating, reconciling and receiving vendor invoices
• Manage requisition coding of costs to the GL for accurate reporting
• Respond to vendor inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to PO's, invoices and payments
