Jr Business Analyst - Configuration Analyst

Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Organization: Efficiently gather and organize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Problem Solving: Apply creative and innovative solutions to data-related challenges and process improvements.
- Data Validation: Validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
- Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, Validation rules, custom features, pivot tables, and data visualization tools, to analyze, model, and present data.
- Analytical Skills & documentation skills: Demonstrate strong documentation skills to document gaps and issues and show strong analytical skills to interpret the gaps and recommend solutions
- Communication skills: Ability to engage various stakeholders, including business, technical and project resources through both remote meetings and email. Ability to provide clear instructions and explanations and follow up as required to address questions or comments. Proactive escalation of roadblocks or risks.


Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in data collection, analysis, and validation, preferably in a business analysis or configuration analyst role.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to use advanced functions and features for data analysis and presentation.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling and analyzing data.
- Creativity: Innovative and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective solutions to complex issues.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under tight schedules and deadlines.
- Financial Experience: Experience in financial analysis or financial background is a plus, adding value to the role.
