Responsibilities
- Purchase requisitions/Purchase Orders:
- Opening with correct budget and GL,
- Create/update/unblock vendors in SAP
- Process invoices
- Payment reconciliations for vendors
- PCard. Save all receipts to ADMIN – Visa PCard. pull the estimates near the end of the month, create back up and do journal entry accrual for the amounts
- After month end, pull final numbers for the previous month, send numbers to consulting firms
- Recharges
- Provide budget details and information to other end markets
- Code recharges as needed according to cost centre provided
- Update tracker with information
- Save information to ADMIN – IT Spreadsheet – Recharges
- Reclasses
- Procurement
- Forecasting – gather all the relevant information and summarize expected
spend for period in question
-Vendor reconciliations – as needed, pull vendor actuals to review, make sure there is no problems
- Contract circulation – upload contracts into Docusign and circulate for signatures as needed. Important to verify signing authority for value of the contract
- Create/Block/Unblock WBSes as needed
- Update the COA for cost centres as needed
Qualifications
- Relevant University Degree such as Business, Finance, or Accounting
- Bilingualism in french and english a plus
