•Assist clients in understanding how to use our systems.
•Design and implement high-quality software solutions.
•Solve challenging technical issues.
•Gather and specify client requirements.
•Manage the build of complex implementations.
•Monitor and improve our Systems.
•Assist sales team by presenting technical solutions to clients.
Qualifications
How do you qualify?
To qualify for our Junior Technical Business Analyst role in Victoria, you must have:
•Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Engineering/Computer Science or a related field.
•Strong GPA.
•Demonstrated interest in and experience using IT and software.
•Good communication skills.
•An aptitude for applying technology and structured problem solving.
