- Manage the end of the onboarding process for sellers as they move towards their Marketplace go-live stage.
- Utilize Excel to analyze onboarding data, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to enhance the onboarding process.
- Work with the Business Development team and Janet's team to facilitate the setup and integration of sellers onto the platform.
- Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations that include insights, reporting, and updates for both internal teams and sellers.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the retail item setup flow to effectively support sellers through their onboarding journey.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years in a retail or eCommerce environment.
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables.
- Experience with Salesforce (CRM & Marketing Cloud) is essential.
- Experience with eCommerce and/or Marketplace platforms is crucial.
- Client service experience is nice to have
- Familiarity with HubSpot, SharePoint, and Jira.
- Ability to adapt and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
