Responsibilities
- Managing key accounts and executing strategic sales strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and manage relationships with key stakeholders
- Managing a team of Account Managers
- Manage budgets and conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Research, identify and develop new business development opportunities
- Identify gaps and provide solutions to shortfalls in the sales model
Qualifications
- Previous experience managing a team of account managers and key accounts (7-10 years)
- University degree or College Diploma (preferred)
- Ability to build relationships and communicate with key stakeholders
- Motivated, persistent, and a great leader
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
- Experience with Consumer Packaged Goods will be an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel within Canada as well as the U.S.
