Responsibilities
- Supporting the Board of Directors with meeting organizations, scheduling, minute taking, memoranda, reports and charters with relevant data
- Supporting Lega Manager with audit projects, compliance and policy administration
- Issuing invoices, revising and formatting legal documents with strict adherence to confidentiality
- Keeping track of court activities and maintaining legal files
- Mailroom support on behalf of the legal department
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1-3 years of legal administrative experience
- Experience with invoicing process and related software
- Experience with legal software and processing legal data/documents
- Strong attention to detail, organized with great communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work support multiple teams
