- Base salary negotiable depending on experience (55-65k)

- Commissions for all employees on accounts brought in

Responsibilities
- Organizing day to day operations and handle all request for over the road shipments (full truck load, LTL, oversized, etc)
- Taking responsibility and performing tasks related to all moves for accounts assigned to you
- Carrier relations and to negotiate rates and confirm details of each shipment.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with clients and carries
- Be able to handle several projects at the same time including track and trace
- Follow a shipment from beginning to end and ensure all paperwork is processed properly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year in logistics for over the road shipments (3PL industry or brokerage)
- Strong customer service skills and negotiations skills
- Passion for transport industry, strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
- Organized, detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a collaborative/team environment;
- Fully bilingual (English/French, written/spoken)
