Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and monitor various transport operations
- Optimize and use our computer system, including TruckMate software
- Collect all important customer information in order to offer the best transport quote with the best transit time
- Call on our various partners for availability and the best possible rates
- Communicate with shippers and consignees to learn about their particularities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position, in 3PL or brokerage field
- Experience with carrier relations
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- Good knowledge of the territory (asset)
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of TruckMate software
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
