Advantages
- Permanent full time Monday to Friday
- Shift 8am to 4:30pm, flexible
- Salary depending on experience, ranges from 55-65k
- Company compensation package, 50% covered by employer

Responsibilities
- Organizing day to day operations and handle all request for over the road shipments (full truck load, LTL, oversized, etc)
- Find the best carriers for the customers and controlling the carriers costs
- Carrier relations and to negotiate rates and confirm details of each shipment
- Support with custom clearances when necessary
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with clients and transporters
- Be able to handle several projects at the same time including track and trace
- Follow a shipment from beginning to end and ensure all paperwork is processed properly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year in a transportation in 3PL or Brokerage industry handling dispatching, carrier relations, logistics or similar role
- Fluently bilingual, French and English
- Exceptional customer service and negotiations skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Reliable and motivated
