Our client in Concord in need of experienced and reliable Machine Operators / Manufacturing workers to join their team.

This role will require 1+ years experience in mid-high level Machine operation, the ability to complete change overs, basic troubleshooting, great attention to details and are mechanically inclined.
Job title: Machine Operator
Shifts straight morning: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Pay rate: $18/hr with the intention of offering a permanent job with great benefits after 3 months of probationary period

Responsibilities
- Complete pre start up checklist at the beginning of each shift
- Constantly communicate between shifts and areas, ie. quality, productivity, changes to operations
- Ensure production tags indicate the correct amount of parts, correct part number and revision level
- Maintain production quantities as outlined in the operator instruction at the highest quality level
- Troubleshoot any process deficiencies which would affect the quality of parts produced
- Report any deficiencies which cannot be corrected to your supervisor
- Follow inspection frequencies as outlined in the inspection sheets
- Perform pre shift process Centre quality and set-up verification
- Ensure Conveyors, pumps, motors, lights, etc. are powered off when not in use
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations
- Perform Packaging, sorting, rework, and general housekeeping
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in complex Machine Operation/ Manufacturing Experience
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Safety shoes required
- Open to learn how to set up and operate machinery for cart manufacturing
- Able to fill out Attainment boards and production sheets to indicate productivity achieved
- Experience and knowledge completing monthly/year-end physical inventory
- Ability to follow operation instruction, Inspection instruction, and packaging instructions
