Work 3 - 12 hour shifts ... get paid for 40 hrs work = Overtime available
7 AM – 7 PM

Day and Night shift - 2 week rotation
$20 - $26/hr based on experience

Responsibilities
Operate state-of-the-art machines to turn large rolls of material into precise, perfectly-sized strips.
Fine-tune and maintain equipment with the skill of a craftsman. Your expertise will keep our production running smoothly and our products top-notch.
Measure, inspect, and ensure every cut meets our high-quality standards. Your eye for detail will help deliver flawless products.
Willing to learn and adapt to frequent changes.


Qualifications
Able to lift 50 lbs
Experience with machinery is a plus, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are even better.
Attention to Detail:
You thrive on troubleshooting and finding solutions to keep things running like a well-oiled machine.
Work Independantly
Be accountable and take pride in your work
A positive outlook, team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow as a person and team
