You'll ensure color consistency, manage production counts using our advanced ERP systems, and uphold the highest safety standards. Responsibilities
Operate and monitor molding machines, ensuring high-quality products, color consistency, and accurate production counts using ERP systems. Maintain safety standards and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
Experience:
5+ years in manufacturing.
Extensive experience with hand tools and finishing techniques.
Mechanical aptitude, good communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent hand-eye coordination, strong grip strength, and fine motor skills.
Able to lift 15-20 lbs consistently and work in varying temperatures.
Ability to lift 30-35 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Willingness to work rotating afternoon and night shifts (for Rotational Molding Operators).
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to high-quality work.
