Responsibilities
The duties for the Maintenance Clerk will include:
- Assisting in taking photos of all parts and helping with inventory by uploading them and cataloguing the pictures using a CMMS system
- Supporting maintenance department - PPE is mandatory including a half mask respirator, soafety shoes, safety glasses and hearing protection
- Must be confortable working in a manufacturing area with overhead cranes, addtional onsite health and safety training will ber completed prior to starting the role
- Will be completing data entry, inventory control and system integration into a computer maintenance management system
Qualifications
- 1-2 years' experience working in a manufacturing setting within an administrative capacity is an asset
- Strong ability to prioritize, organize and multitask, ability ot take clear photo images and ipload to a database
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of reliability and consistency
