Our location is growing and we need some extra hands! As a Hydraulic Millwright Technician, you'll be on the floor 80% working hands on next to fellow Repair Technicians and Millwrights. Your job is to ensure hydraulic repairs are executed safely, expertly, and efficiently. We are looking for someone that is good with time management, prioritizing repairs, and can work under a bit of pressure. The shop can get busy and bit loud, so we are looking for someone who can communicate well and does not mind the atmosphere This is a long term job opportunity with a ton of perks, good benefits, and a lot of growth potential. You do not need a Red Seal ticket to be considered for this role as we are happy to assist apprentices with a good background of experience in building their careers! Apply Now!

Responsibilities
- Know the ins and outs of hydraulic systems like the back of your hand
- Assemble, dismantle, and rebuild hydraulic components
- Collaborate with your team members to complete repair projects and meet deadlines
- Good time management skills, we want someone who is able to balance priority
- Estimate repair times and can troubleshoot and diagnose issues
- A knack for continuous improvement - we want your ideas for making things better!
- Ability to pick up new tasks and problem solve on the spot
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in hydraulic repairs (Tickets are not a requirement with good hydraulic experience)
- Heavy Duty Mechanics, Millwrights, General Mechanics.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Passion for repairs, welding and is an eager learner
- Previous knowledge of hydraulic systems and components.
- Ability to work with team or on your own with little to no supervision
