Responsibilities
-Provide coaching and feedback to maintenance team
-Analyze downtown time to improve and find cost effective solutions for the company
-Track KPIs in conjunction with the production supervisor and team
-Liaise with various stakeholders and internal team members
-Oversee health, safety and food grade policies and procedures
-Manage CMMS transition, inventory, and asset management
-Assist with the hiring and onboarding of new staff
Qualifications
-433A MILLWRIGHT CERTIFICATE or 442A with EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN A MAINTENANCE/MANUFACTURING SETTING
-Must be able to work 3-11 PM M-F
-Experience in a food, pharmaceutical or oil and gas environment preferred
-Team lead or previous supervisory experience
-Ability to adapt and be a beacon of change
-Interpersonal skills and the ability to be a team player
-Experience with SAP and/or CMMS systems a major asset
